The Venture Creation & Growth (“VCG”) group within the Company is responsible for spin-off activities, including the education and evangelization to the Company's community on startups, incubation, spin-off formation and portfolio management. To increase the odds of our spin-offs succeeding, we work closely with our scientific community and deeptech eco-system partners to prepare scientist-entrepreneurs with the necessary mindset and skillsets to launch their start-ups successfully. Our support comes in various forms, ranging from having an incubation facility with the appropriate incubation and acceleration programmes. This includes talent development via bootcamps and courses. After the start-ups are launched, there is continuum of programmes for market entry, investor engagement and internationalization with global partners as well as Suzhou Partner Centre.

**Description**
- Bring together a community that contribute to a vibrant innovation and entrepreneurial system
- Conceive and project manage the implementation of innovation programmes, especially that pertaining to talents from internal and external sources
- Match mentors and founders based on competencies, personalities and implement programmes to bring them together
- Leverage on founders and talents network to cultivate partnerships and alliance to hunt-in-pack

**Requirements**:

- Degree in business or relevant fields
- Familiarity with Singapore’s innovation & enterprise ecosystem, with track record in fostering partnerships between startups, corporate and government agencies.
- Preferably with mentorship and alliance programmes for deep-tech founders
- Track record in cultivating community or that of alumni
- A strong interest in emerging technologies and startups
- Able to transverse and conversant in various industry verticals
- Effective communicator and presenter
- A self-starter, independent and resourceful team player who and ability to handle ambiguity
