**About the Role**:
The Finance Executive will support the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. He/She covers duties such as work that is specific to accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, data compilation, billing, payroll or other accounting tasks. He/She works specifically with accruals, fixed assets accounting or the monthly and yearly finalization of accounts for audit purposes. He/She assists with the preparation of trial balance, basic financial statements and simple consolidated financial statements. He/She may be called on to participate in ad-hoc finance-related projects and systems testing when necessary.

What you will be doing:

- Handle full set of accounts (all aspects of AP, AR, FA, JV & GL);
- Prepare monthly closing, financial reports and handle cash flow management;
- Perform various account reconciliations, included intercompany transaction;
- Ensure billings are recorded timely and accurately;
- Liaise with internal/external parties such as auditors, tax agent, banker etc.;
- Assist in Budget Preparations and audit schedule; and
- Attend to audit requirements
- Assist in the financial reporting, variances analysis, budget, forecast and any reports required by Management

Requirement
- At least Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
- Minimum with 2 years relevant working experience.
- Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Team player who can also work under minimum supervision.
- Proficient with MS Office / Xero accounting software(good to have).
- Exercise discretion in dealing with confidential matters.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
