**The Program**
The Bright Development Program is an 18-month initiative in Asia Pacific and serves to groom our future talents in a structured program across various functions in DSM. Following which, graduates will join their respective teams specializing in areas such as Business Development, Supply Chain, Marketing and Applications.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the team in budget process by consolidating and analyzing data from the different sub region sales team across APAC
- Monitor the monthly business top/bottom line performance against budget and investigate reasons for deviations
- Support the team in pricing process including negotiating prices with Account Managers, data analysis, recommendations based on global supply trends and market data
- Generate monthly reports according to business needs
- Lead automation and digitalisation projects to improve efficiency of current processes
**Key Requirements**
- A degree in Science, Business, Economics, Marketing or related field
- Recent graduate with less than 2 years of work experience
- Ability to interpret data in reports and assist in setting clear action plans.
- Good communication skills and ability to do presentations externally and internally.
- Proactive with a can-do attitude
