As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the financial stability and growth of our company. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies to drive our financial success.Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage annual budgets and financial plans to support company objectives
- Oversee all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and forecasting
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and recommend strategies for increased profitability
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, milestones, and goals to senior management
- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and manage relationships with external auditors
- Continuously review and improve financial processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of high-performance and professional growth
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all financial laws and regulationsQualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify and interpret financial data
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial laws and regulations
- Proven experience in developing and managing budgets, financial plans, and forecasting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
