**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs, provide product demonstrations, and offer expert advice on furniture solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders in the industry.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals while adhering to company policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
