**What the role is**
- You lead and manage the unit's active operational crew (content extraction and image capturing personnel) as de-facto deputy officer commanding.

**What you will be working on**
- On this, you work with unit operations planners on live shoots, training and exercise requirements, as well as operational deployment. You plan and executes annual tasking of approximately 160 - 200 shoot and content extraction days. You should be physically and medically fit for deployment overseas on exercises and operations. Professionally, you should possess the experience to set up multi-camera coverages and directs the cameras to cover live events. You must be able to edit interstitials or trailers independently with mínimal supervision to send B-roll back to Singapore or headquarters. As the mentor to the camera team and NSFs, you plan their growth in professional filming, content extraction and leadership areas.

**What we are looking for**
- You must have a Diploma in Film and Video Production or Mass Communications majoring in camera or video operation. You must be able to assess filming complexity and recommend solutions to Producer/Director. You must be able to operate HD cameras or other equivalent broadcast cameras independently. You must be able to edit (Intermediate level) on Adobe Premiere Pro or its equivalent editing software. You must be willing to learn and operate night vision/light intensifiers, glide cam, underwater cameras and drones for aerial filming. You must be able to light scenes independently and have an understanding of the audio recording process and post production workflow.
