**P1 & P2 Maths Excellence Programme**

We aim to help students build a strong foundation in Maths and exposure to various techniques to solve word problems.
- 4 students in a class
- Students learn through activities, hands-on manipulatives and pictorial aids to visualise abstract concepts better
- Reinforce concepts learnt in MOE Primary Mathematics Syllabus for a solid foundation and strong Maths performance in holistic assessments
- 70% MOE Maths + 30% higher-order thinking skills
- Chance to write curriculum
- A degree in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals.
- Current or ex-MOE teachers / NIE-trained teachers will be a plus

**In this role, you will**
- Teach lessons on Wednesday afternoon and/or Saturday mornings
- Deliver lessons in accordance with our teaching and curriculum standards to ensure a high quality of student learning.
- Monitor student progress through end of chapter assessments
- Establish and maintain good relationships with students and parents; provide regular updates to parents on students’ performance and progress.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Freelance

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
