**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning & Execution **Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise storage migration and installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to support project objectives.
Define project scope and goals, aligning them with client requirements and organizational priorities.
- **Stakeholder Management & Communication **Serve as the primary liaison for clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear, ongoing communication.
Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their requirements and proactively addressing any concerns.
- **Technical Oversight & Quality Management **Collaborate with technical teams to design and execute storage migration and installation strategies that adhere to industry best practices.
Ensure that solutions meet IT infrastructure requirements and align with the client's operational needs.
Maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle, promptly addressing issues and ensuring high standards.
- **Risk Management & Problem-Solving **Identify and manage project risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
Lead issue-resolution efforts, ensuring that potential obstacles are addressed swiftly to keep the project on track.
- **Documentation & Post-Project Review **Ensure comprehensive documentation throughout all project phases, including design plans, change orders, and testing results.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and gather feedback for future improvements.

**Requirements**:

- **Education & Experience**:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- **Technical Knowledge**:Experience with enterprise storage systems and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage solutions.
- **Project Management**:5+ years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, particularly in data migration and storage installation.
- **Communication Skills**:Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a background in leading cross-functional teams.
- **Analytical Skills**:Ability to navigate complex project challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
- **Adaptability**:Capacity to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
