[What the role is]

Librarian/Associate Librarian (Continuing Education & Training)

[What you will be working on]

Job Responsibilities
- Support co-curation of programmes and digital content by engaging internal stakeholders (e.g. programming teams) and external partners (e.g. SkillsFuture SG, Institutes of Higher Learnings etc) to form Continuing Education and Training (CET) learning pathways to achieve NLB objectives
- Support development and operationalization of partnership scope with CET partners and monitor partnership deliverables and outcomes.
- Manage publicity and outreach in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to promote reach of CET products and services (includes curation of content and supporting logistics of promotional activities, roadshows, showcases etc. in collaboration with partners)
- Drive operationalisation of partnership deliverables independently.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to regularly review partnership outcomes and implement timely improvements to ensure that partnership objectives are met.

[What we are looking for]

**Requirements**:

- At least two years of relevant experience in stakeholder management, project management, community engagement and partnership building
- Good analytical, written and verbal communications skills
- Has keen interest in programme curation, content development and community outreach
- Prior experience in adult and lifelong learning is preferred

Successful applicant will be appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance.
