About Industry Development, Technology & Innovation Group:
The key focus of the Industry Development, Technology & Innovation Group (IDTIG) is developing a thriving sport and fitness ecosystem to position Singapore as the City for Sports and Fitness in Asia. We partner key stakeholders in achieving these sporting, social and economic outcomes. This involves developing market opportunities, new capabilities and enabling synergies through strategic partnerships and major sport and fitness events.

**[What will you be working on]**:
**Job Responsibilities**:

- You will be part of the Ecosystem Master Planning team, which focuses on unlocking opportunities for sport and fitness spaces in Singapore. Catalyse innovation and growth within the sport and fitness industry through the activation of State Land and Properties
- Complement the network of public sport and fitness infrastructure with private developers and operators
- Develop policies that help shape the relevance of Sport in the Built Environment e.g., through the Community/Sports Facilities Scheme (CSFS)
- Identify planning implications to the sport and fitness spaces arising from National Sport Participation Survey and other relevant data sources

**Requirements**:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile. This individual should be a sport and fitness advocate who leads an active lifestyle.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in real estate development, urban planning or related role.
- Organised and meticulous with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Possess analytical skills and business acumen
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Knowledge on use of GIS based tools like ArcGIS is an added bonus
