**Position Purpose**:
Trade Platform Support provides support, to brokers or external customer in collaboration with other Operations teams to ensure the uptime of OMS Trading Platforms & Venue offered by the firm. You will be working in a highly motivated environment and tasked to ensure Users trading needs are met, with respect to different venues jurisdiction and their respective regulation are adhere to. The team also strives to increase efficiency and enhance the service offered to clients relating to the Derivative Business by way of digitalization & process improvement.
**Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day Trade Platform Support tasks and duties
- OMS User creation, limits & required setup to facilitate clients trading.
- Respond first line to customer trading, system functionality questions and problems.
- Record all queries in client related to trade support analysis.
- Interact with traders & client to identify technical issues.
- Manage client contacts as well as escalation path through problem ownership.
- Ensure & escalate issues to internal resources when necessary.
- Monitor actively and respond to alerts within trading system atmosphere.
- Take ownership to new OMS software releases and deploy to production.
- Take ownership to optimize system uptime by monitoring, using change management methods and quick response to any outage.
- Manage circumstances inclusive of incident resolution process as well as client communications.
- Develop as well as maintain documentation.
- Aids and provide guidance to teammates where required
- Analyze and enhance current processes to maximize efficiencies
- Collaborate with various team members to accomplish firm goals.
- Provide holiday support when necessary.

Job Requirements: *
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Trading Platform Support or similar roles.
- Excellent understanding of back office, middle office, and front office systems.
- End to End Orders & Trade flow knowledge, from order entry, execution & till clearing.
- Regulatory restrictions and requirements of Trading venues.
- High level accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conversant with ISVs; TT, CQG, PATS, QST, CTS, NEO, TOMS, IRESS & Integral.
- Acquainted with Exchanges; SGX, JPX, CME, EUREX, ICE, LME, EURONEXT & other major venues.
- Knowledge of Derivative & Equites Market.
- Strong product knowledge in Futures & Options.
