**Job Description**:

- Develop algorithms, statistical models and perform insightful/in-depths statistical analysis to improve our financial and headcount forecasting methodologies/models.
- Identify potentially problematic data, determine root cause for data problems and suggest possible solutions.
- Manage & develop dashboards, metrics and automated reporting using visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Extracts, Transforms, and Loads (ETL) data from disparate systems to be loaded into other systems, databases or data warehouses.
- Develop & manage data processing pipelines for data modelling, transformation, analysis, and reporting from multiple datasets.
- Design, implement, document processes and systems to monitor data quality.
- Identify new ways to leverage data for maximum efficiency.
- Able to drive and work independently.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree with a background in Computer Science, Engineering or other quantitative fields.
- At least 7 years of applicable working experience.
- Expert experience pulling large and complex data using SQL/data warehouse and writing data pipelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI (data modelling, power query, power pivot, DAX).
- Development experience in programming/scripting language (e.g. Python, R).
- Experience in analyzing database performance and creating interfaces enterprise databases and end user query tools.
- Strong attention to details, thorough and accurate in work performance.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and independently.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across countries and cultures.
- Able to work independently under tight schedules.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Working with European time zones required.
