**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting Dealer Management System (DMS) and Importers Management (IMS)
- Standby and supporting monthly server patching for DMS and IMS (weekday or weekend)
- Plan and support any migration projects for DMS and IMS (weekday or weekend)
- Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issue
- Responsible for day-to-day operations for DMS and IMS system
- Work closely with team members and customers to deliver the required key deliverables for the project
- Attending conference call with the customers or cross-functional teams as and when required
- Ensure the efficient and comprehensive resolutions of incidents and requests
- Checking and update incident tickets properly and promptly
- Follow up case from opening till closure
- Escalation handling for recovery of the supported services
- Continuously learn new technology enhancement to optimize project delivery within the team
**Technical Skillsets**:
- Project Management Skills at least 5 years of exposure
- At least 5 years of professional experience in various fields of IT
- Network knowledge and experience would be preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience in Project Management.
- A strong UNIX background and shell scripting is required.
**Others**:
- Speak fluent English
- Ability to present solutions in clear and precise manner
- Able to demonstrate strong leadership
- Capable to provide 24 x 7 support in a critical production environment on demand
- Ability to work with the teams across the globe
- Good documentation skills for providing best practices, results, methodologies & operational
