**About Lumen**

**The Role**:

- Lead APAC key projects/initiatives to deliver tangible business outcomes through program management
- Design, develop, implement and lead key initiative or improvement efforts influences regional & global cross-functional efforts
- Responsible for driving process improvement at a strategic domain or value stream level
- Responsible for the development, implementation, administration and measurement of unified process improvement initiatives
- Manage, lead, mentor, and inspire a team of program & process resources.

**The Main Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with project/executive sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
- Provide APAC leadership and global functional leaders with status reports, feedback and trend analysis as well as early warning indicators regarding projects at risk
- Regular communication and interaction with multiple layers of Lumen up to and including to the leadership layer to influence outcome and/or achieve end goals
- Analyze, define, own and enhance existing processes, including the definition of process owners, metrics and roadmap of key gaps and improvement areas
- Identify and implement process improvement and execute on continuous process improvements through metrics and scorecard reporting
- Lead and mentor process owners and stakeholders in process documentation and process improvement methodology
- Utilize Kaizen / Lean training to facilitate ongoing process improvement events at the regional level
- Lead the region into a process-driven, team oriented culture that embraces continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Business, Math, Finance, Engineering and etc.)
- At least 10 years’ of experience in a program management, business process or similar experience with prior people management leadership experience including recruitment, on/off-boarding, goal setting, and performance management
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and ability to influence and collaborate with global functions/stakeholders
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in facilitation of change management to ensure smooth implementation of innovation and standardization
- Curiosity and willingness to not only solve business problems and provide visibility across all aspects of the business to business & process owners to make informed decisions
- Exceptional analytical skill, problem solving and business acumen
- Adopt to a fast pace and evolving environment, a high comfort level with dynamically shifting priorities
- Certified in programs such as PMP, BPM, Lean, Six Sigma
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
