**Director, Investment

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Full deal captain function: Responsibilities for managing execution of transactions: identifying, evaluating, structuring, negotiating, closing, monitoring investments and exits
- Act as key manager important investments, and responsible for handling major aspects of client liaison
- Act as deputy on large /complex buyout deals and other more complex investments, to handle tough deal negotiations to emerge with successful outcomes
- Independently generate ideas, deal source, and originate transactions
- Established deal execution capabilities, including deal process management and senior level client relationship management
- Proven client relationships skills and may manage the large transactions with important clients
- Strong product & industry knowledge and extensive expertise in deal structuring, financing approaches and techniques (equity and/or debt)
- Mature network coverage of industry experts and senior executives
- Participate in fundraising activities
- Constructive coaching and guidance to working team colleagues
- Ability to maintain high morale in a working team setting

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in investment management (PE / VC, investment banking, top tier consulting firms)
- An advanced degree in finance, management from a top-tier universities. CFA or CPA/CA qualification an added advantage.
- Outstanding leadership and can-do mentality
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Sophisticated commercial assessment skills and market insights
- Qualified financial modeling skills
- Self-motivated and able to work in a highly dynamic environment, detailed orientated, with strong proactive working attitude
- Strong interests in and commitment to healthcare industry
