Senior Integrated Producer

The role will require a senior producer who is familiar with production on a global scale. You will be required to work closely with Le Pub - which was created by combining the renowned Publicis Italy (“#1 Creative Agency in World” - Adweek 2021, “#2 Creative Agency in the World” at Cannes 2021, “Most Effective Ad in the world” - Kantar 2021) & best-in-class data, media and technology expertise from Publicis Amsterdam. **Expectations of a Senior Integrated Producer

As an Integrated Producer, you are at the centre of our success in delivering high-quality craft while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. You are responsible for taking the lead on all aspects of production, from the agency briefing to delivery, all the while providing consistent, effective and innovative solutions across multiple media and project types.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Taking the lead on all Digital & Integrated, TV, KV, productions from brief to delivery,
- Anticipating and troubleshooting problems that arise in any production
- Guiding the team throughout the entire production process
- Constantly be on the lookout for new and emerging talent
- Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
- Collaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work
- Participants in and leads brainstorming sessions

**Special requirements**
- At least 10+ years experience in an agency and/or an integrated production house
- Must know how to line produce
- Fully integrated, digital and TV experience is a must
- Proficient in the creation and management of production budgets
- A strong understanding of digital, print, content and broadcast production
- Detail oriented and solution driven with the ability to manage both agency and client expectations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
- Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels across many disciplines
- After hours work and overnight travelling to shoots and post sessions required
- Naturally well organised and unfazed when working towards deadlines
