**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Planning and executing engaging workshops, social events, and networking sessions
- Managing logistics, timelines, vendors, and the tiny details that make events run smoothly
- Bringing fresh ideas to the table and turning them into real experiences
- Working with our social media team to promote events and capture content during them

**This Role is For You If You**:

- Are a student, fresh grad, or recently ORD and ready to take on something meaningful
- Are organized but also creative — you love making a checklist _and_ thinking outside the box
- Enjoy working with people and thrive in a team setting
- Can take initiative, handle responsibility, and learn on the go
- Are excited to build your skills and your network at the same time
