We are looking for a driven and experienced Branch Manager. In this role you will play a crucial role expanding and developing Greencarrier groups business in Singapore. Our operational team is in an early but expansive phase, and you will be involved in shaping roles and expanding the company's value proposition to our customers. We believe you enjoy working in an entrepreneurial spirit and taking your own initiatives.

**About the role**

It is an operational position combined with leadership. As Branch manager you participate in the daily work in the department, and you also have the responsibility to lead and develop the team.

**Key responsibilities**
- Management of transport and forwarding assignments according to customer agreements and developing business and relationships with our customers & partners.
- Drive improvement initiatives and evaluation of work processes and routines
- Attract and hire new talents
- Through coaching leadership, motivate and develop the employees in your team
- Introduce and train the team in new tasks
- Container utilization
