We are looking for someone to join us as a Principal Engineer (Technical Manager / System Integrator), who has deep technical expertise, hands-on experience in system design and the ability to provide technical leadership to contribute to our state-of-the-art Air Simulator project’s delivery to our end users.

**Be Part of Our Success**
- Lead the architecture, design and integration of complex systems, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements and compliance with industry security standards.
- Provide technical guidance, mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for system integration and engineering processes.
- Adopt various software development tools and software frameworks that the company project team uses.
- Generate engineering documentation within the team, to document the various requirements, design, and test areas to be developed.

**Qualities We Value**
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong background in system architecture, integration methodologies, and relevant technologies in software and hardware areas
- Experience in managing technical projects, including scope definition, timeliness and risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with defence standards such as MIL-STD is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry standards, protocols, and best practices in system integration and engineering.
