Responsible for preparation, planning and packing for the catering equipment and inventory require for various types of catering event.
- Assembling food items according to the Delivery orders
- Ensure timely delivery of food and set up of events for all events as per the delivery schedule.
- Exhibit excellent customer service, liaise with customers (e.g. setup preferences)
- Manage the set-up, venue decoration, tear down and collection for event.
- Oversee the setup and inventory at the catering event.
- Responsible for proper care of catering equipment.
- Compliant to the mandatory hygiene and safety standards and requirements
- Ensure that vehicles are in good working condition and to maintain cleanliness of vehicle
- Collect payments from customers on orders that are cash/cheque-on-delivery.
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license with good driving skills.
- Self-motivated and driven individual with positive attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and adaptive to changes.
- Must be punctual, responsible, willing to learn and meticulous.
- Willing to work staggered hours, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to work both independently and in team yet adhere to the strict timelines.
- Must be physically fit and strong as the job requires carrying of heavy events equipment.
- Experience in the set-up of buffet events will be advantageous.
- Familiar with Singapore roads.
