**Responsibilities**:
1. Technical Support and Application
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized product recommendations and solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and training sessions to showcase ASMPT's equipment capabilities
- Collaborate with R&D and product management teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to product enhancement and development
- Coordinate team activities, schedule and daily operation of the Innovation Center

2. Product Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for ASMPT's surface mount process equipment, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Define target market segments, customer personas, and value propositions to effectively position ASMPT products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, including product collateral, presentations, and sales tools
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive product adoption
- Create and deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to customers, partners, and industry events
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide training, sales tools, and support to ensure successful product adoption and revenue growth

3. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Materials Engineering
- Minimum 6 years‘ relevant work experience for Senior Specialist role or 10 years‘ relevant work experience for Manager role
- Familiarity with SIPLACE, Yamaha, Panasonic or Fuji placement machines highly desirable
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret market data and customer insights
- Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment
- Able and willing to travel domestically and internationally as required
