Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities

1) Set-up Jobs in system, Run jobs in system to allocate to distributors

2) Recruit & retain adhoc workers

3) Planning of manpower and schedule for flyers distribution

4) Perform spot check on jobs allocated

5) Proficiency in design software, with a focus on Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

6) Follow up and monitor on daily distributors job

7) Assign and brief distributors

Job Requirements
- Should be a fast learner with a strong ability to multitask
- Min 1 year of similar working experience
- Must be PC literate, need to know how to use Excel.
- Immediate vacancy

Job Benefits
- Part time working position. CPF, annual leave and medical leave provided.
