**We are a real estate development company currently seeking a Resident Engineer for an upcoming project.**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee all aspects of construction projects on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.**
- **Supervise construction activities, including site preparation, excavation, structural works, and finishing, to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.**
- **Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues, address changes, and ensure smooth project execution.**
- **Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to verify workmanship and materials meet project requirements.**
- **Review and approve construction drawings, and material submissions in accordance with project specifications.**
- **Monitor progress and performance against project schedules, milestones, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.**
- **Manage and resolve any disputes, conflicts, or claims that may arise during the construction process.**
- **Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project team members to resolve design-related issues and ensure constructability.**
- **Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, inspectors, and site staff as needed.**
- **Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations on-site and promote a culture of safety among project personnel.
**Job Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional licensure is preferred.**
- **5+ years of experience in construction management or resident engineering roles, preferably in infrastructure or building projects.**
- **Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.**
- **Experience with construction management software and tools.**
- **Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.**
- **Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.**
- **Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.**
- **Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.**
- **Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.**
- **Willingness to work extended hours and travel as required to meet project needs.
