**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- Key responsibilities include preparation and submission of detailed designs, tender drawings, technical specifications and documents to regulatory authorities for approval when required. He/She will be given opportunity to carry out research & development studies to develop innovative design concept to achieve cost effective and excellent quality of living environment. He/she will also collaborate with other departments/research teams in implementing new design innovation, construction technology, sustainable construction or robotics solutions, so as to enhance construction productivity, building performance and maintenance.

**What we are looking for**
- The applicant should possess a background in Civil & Structural engineering. The applicant shall have a positive attitude, the ability to handle challenges and good interpersonal and communication skills. Applicants with more than 5 years’ experience in the design of C&S services in building development projects, in-depth knowledge of building services industry, conversant with local codes, regulations and authority submission procedures would be an added advantage. Past experience in BIM Revit/Archicad & VDC methodology, would be an advantage.
