**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, supervise, and implement engaging literacy programs aligned with the organization's framework and philosophy
- Create age-appropriate teaching materials and deliver interactive lessons
- Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment using effective guidance strategies
- Build strong relationships with children and parents to support learning growth
- Track and assess each child's progress to meet their unique developmental needs

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher in a relevant field
- At least two years of classroom teaching experience with learners aged three to seven (preferred)
- Engaging, dynamic, and creative teaching approach
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
