**Join the team**

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join the Finance Team and support the accounting and financial reporting process for its fast-growing business expansion.
- Oversee the full spectrum of Finance & Accounting for Singapore Headquarter and subsidiaries in other
countries.
- Your responsibilities include monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing and reporting, monthly
analysis, budget and forecast.
- Oversee cashflow planning and forecast on weekly funding requirements.
- Work closely with the team to ensure transactions are recorded in compliance with the local financial
reporting standards/ IFRS.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties including auditors, tax agents, corporate
secretarial to ensure compliance with audit, tax and other finance filling requirements.
- Assist in Finance transformation tasks such as new accounting system implementation and process improvements.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
- Support with MAS regulatory requirements
- Manage relationships with financial service providers, open bank accounts, ensure efficient banking operations and cash management.
- Undertake tasks and projects assigned, where required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- 5-7 years of relevant experience and at least 2 years working in the FinTech industry is preferred
- Prior exposure within a Big 4 firm
- Enjoys high-growth environments, and approaches challenges with a growth mindset.
- Good team player, detail-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environments.
- Pro-active communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with Advanced Excel skills
