Provide administrative support to the Information Security department.
- Assist in preparing meeting agenda items and logistics.
- Collect and compile security related statistics, and prepare management reports.
- Assist in initiating the monthly phishing test, and track, compile the test results for analysis and reporting.
- Assist with cyber security awareness events.
- Monitor and track invoice payments and monthly accruals.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc or administrative duties as requested by supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- More than two years of working or relevant experience.
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Meticulous, organised and good attention to details.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
