**Job Description:
- Provide detailed information about the consigned vehicles, including specifications, features, and condition.
- Address any inquiries or concerns from customers and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Conduct thorough inspections of consigned vehicles to assess their condition, performance, and market value.
- Prepare accurate and compelling vehicle listings, including high-quality photographs and comprehensive descriptions.
- Showcase the features and benefits of each vehicle to potential buyers during test drives and showroom visits.
- Utilize various marketing channels to promote consigned vehicles, including online platforms, social media, and print advertising
- Negotiate pricing and terms with prospective buyers to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Close sales transactions efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consignors, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and assistance even after the sale is completed.
- Generate repeat business and referrals through excellent service and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong understanding of automotive products, including different makes, models, and features.
- Ability to assess the condition and value of vehicles accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and consignors.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques and strategies to secure favorable deals for both the buyer and the seller.
- Familiarity with computer software and online platforms used for listing and marketing consigned vehicles.
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.
- Adherence to ethical standards and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the automotive industry.
- A valid Singapore driving license is typically required for test driving vehicles and transporting customers if necessary.
