Position Overview

Are you ready to join a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing the world of foreign exchange trading? We're seeking talented individuals to join our team as Foreign Exchange System Software Engineers at Tenpay Global. In this role, you'll be instrumental in building high-performance systems to capture and process real-time data for trading environments, using cutting-edge open source technologies to push the limits of latency-sensitive backend systems.

Responsibilities：
- Work within a lean and focused team to develop high-performance systems for capturing and processing real-time data in trading environments.
- Utilize open source technologies to optimize latency-sensitive backend systems, ensuring seamless integration with order management and execution management systems.
- Develop and maintain market data and transaction databases to support research and analysis initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant development roles within financial markets, with strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot preferred.
- Experience in real-time risk management and concurrent programming within scalable and highly available distributed systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing agile methodologies to deliver results efficiently.
- Strong sense of ownership and collaboration, with the ability to work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive projects and initiatives forward.
