Position Overview

We're seeking talented individuals to join our team as Foreign Exchange System Software Engineers at Tenpay Global. In this role, you'll be instrumental in building high-performance systems to capture and process real-time data for trading environments, using cutting-edge open source technologies to push the limits of latency-sensitive backend systems.

Responsibilities：
- Work within a lean and focused team to develop high-performance systems for capturing and processing real-time data in trading environments.
- Utilize open source technologies to optimize latency-sensitive backend systems, ensuring seamless integration with order management and execution management systems.
- Develop and maintain market data and transaction databases to support research and analysis initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant development roles within financial markets, with strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot preferred.
- Experience in real-time risk management and concurrent programming within scalable and highly available distributed systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing agile methodologies to deliver results efficiently.
- Strong sense of ownership and collaboration, with the ability to work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive projects and initiatives forward.
