**Job Scope/Description**:

- Process trade confirmations and settlements for securities
- Liaise with custodians, counterparties, front office to resolve trade disputes and discrepancies for timely settlements
- Perform reconciliations of securities holdings and communicate/resolve breaks
- Assist with SOP writing of trading operations workflows, settlement procedures and systems
- Assist the relevant departments in ensuring accuracy in position reporting
- Assist Compliance to ensure full compliance with financial regulatory reforms, internal risk management protocols and industrywide market practice
- Assist in all customer onboarding (AML/KYC/CDD) processes
- Undertake any special projects as required

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in back-office trading operations is required in bank or financial institutions
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- Good knowledge of trading operations workflows, trading settlement procedures and systems
- Good understanding of securities settlement in Clearstream/Euroclear market
- Familiar with SWIFT and/or other payment message standard
- Knowledge of Bloomberg is preferred
- Good team player, analytical, self-motivated, and multi-task oriented
- Attention to details and a sense of urgency in escalating and resolving outstanding issues
