- about 2 hours agoWe are currently looking for a Senior Executive for Marcomms for an established mall for a regionally renowned Real Estate Developer based in Singapore. He/She will be working with experienced professionals and will also enjoy an attractive salary package and benefits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the conceptualization, planning and ensuring the smooth execution of Marcom campaigns and programs, and manage the Marcom campaigns budget
- Atrium, Pushcart & Common Spaces Marketing, marketing temporary spaces, and track revenue for Atrium, Pushcart & Common Spaces Marketing
- Community Marketing to bring in community events/activities
- Participate in the conceptualization, planning and ensuring the smooth execution of all electronic/digital media and social media, while keeping to the budget
- Liaising and managing digital/social media agencies, tenants and vendors for the successful launch of all electronic/digital media and social media in support of campaigns and relevant projects
- Manage tenants and other stakeholders, and provide timely update of collaterals around the mall due to tenants’ movements
- Communicate and obtain retailers’ buy-in for Marcom campaigns and programs
- Assist in developing and managing marketing partnerships/sponsorships for campaigns and programs
- Any other related assignments/tasks/reports as assigned by the management from time to time

**Key Requirements**:

- Dip/Degree in Marketing/Events Management/Mass Communication or equivalent
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience, probably in a retail mall environment
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a highly innovative and dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with high level of initiative and sense of urgency
- Tenant/vendor relations management skills
