Knowledge on Infra Design/Architecture and IT infrastructure project management
- Develop in house competence & knowledge transfer to IT team on Infrastructure methodologies & processes
- Knowledge on Windows and Cloud Active directory/group policies/DNS/DHCP expertise, Azure Cloud Infrastructure, SCCM, Ms SQL and Microsoft Sentinel
- Provide technical assistance and support on Firewall, Hypervisor and VMware
- Knowledge on infrastructure security (Server hardening, CyberARK, Antivirus and SIEM)
- Prioritize and resolve issues on networking (switches/wireless controllers)
- Knowledge on Backup & DR such as Veritas/VEEAM/CA-Arcserve/EMC)
- Work closely with IT infra team to ensure effective measurement, monitoring and administration with centralized delivery model while reducing dependence on external vendors and develop our own internal competence.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

**Job Requirement**:

- Degree or recognized equivalent, preferably in Computer Science/Technology or related field
- 5+ years of experience in implementing, administering and support on-prem & Cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Active Directory, Office365/Azure cloud, DNS/DHCP servers, hardening, VMWARE Technology, EMC Storage, VEEAM/EMC backup solution, Data Domain, Network, Firewall, EUC Security, infra operations & security monitoring)
- Self-starter, good communication, engagement and facilitation with business stakeholders, vendor community
- Must have good knowledge on Unified log management system (Azure Sentinel/SIEM etc.), IT infra Monitoring system and IT security management - Servers, Azure Cloud and End user computing.
- Able to work with flexible hours and travel regionally.
