Our client is an established Financial Services firm currently looking an experienced Data Governance Analyst to join their Group team in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement data governance processes in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data governance objectives, priorities, and strategies to support business goals.
- Establish data quality metrics and monitoring mechanisms to measure compliance and effectiveness of data governance initiatives.
- Lead efforts to document data lineage, metadata management, and data classification to enhance data understanding and lineage transparency.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise awareness and promote adherence to data governance principles and standards.
- Partner with IT teams to integrate data governance controls into existing systems and processes, ensuring seamless implementation and enforcement.
- Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to support data governance audits and assessments, addressing findings and implementing corrective actions.
- Experience with data governance tools such as Informatica IDMC, Collibra, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
