We are seeking an inspiring Analog IC Design Engineer to lead the charge in Analog SMPS IC design and verification. This role empowers you to provide impactful technical support and innovative advice across development teams and business partners, fostering a collaborative environment where creativity and expertise thrive.

In your new role you will:

- Perform **Analog SMPS IC design and verification**.
- Able to **provide effective technical Analog SMPS IC support**and **advice**across development teams and business partners.
- **Involved in SMPS IC Concept**and execute the internal target specifications for IC design.
- Hands-on in **designing state-of-the-art SMPS IP and full chip**.
- Work closely with Application teams and other cross-functional teams to **bring IC from design to product release.**:

- **Technical lead to drive new IP / IC development**from start to tape out.

**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or comparable
- Minimum **5 years of experience in Analog SMPS IC design and in SMPS system topologies.**:

- Demonstrated **technical innovation from technical patents and publications**in related area ( ACDC SMPS IC/Systems )
- In depth knowledge of **ADCs, charge pumps, LDOs, drivers, HV-technology experience**, oscillators but not limited to this list.
- Experienced in **leading technical negotiations**within internal and external teams.
- Good understanding in state of the art **IC development flow/methodologies/tools**.
- Good troubleshooting skills and debugging experience.Experienced in developing full chip mixed-signal IC from requirements engineering to tape out.
