**Job Description Summary**

You will play an active role in our digital transformation journey. You will be directly engaged in advanced analytics and data analytics and automation projects aiming to make our organization more agile, efficient and customer-centric.

Your work will expose you to the BD supply chain in Planning, Logistics, Order management and Distributor Management across all Greater Asia region. Your ability to leverage data and technology, to turn them into innovative solutions or advanced data insights will help in problem solving and decision making.

**Responsibilities**

Advanced Analytics & Data Science
- Utilize data from various sources to develop and communicate actionable insights around E2E Supply Chain metrics: Forecast Accuracy, Backorders, DIO, E&O, OTIF, Supply KPI, Distributor Management KPI, etc.
- Monitor Supply Chain data outliers and develop alert mechanism
- Support enterprise-wide initiative for data governance and data quality

Data Analytics and Automation projects
- Support development and implementation of STAR digital initiatives (STAR-Board).
- Develop tools and process flows to bring efficiency improvements: automation, simplification and data governance in SIOP, scenario planning and allocation, etc.
- Work closely with stakeholders/users to understand requirements and data/process flow in data analytics and automation projects

**Preferred Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree or Master’s Degree with minimum of 3 year experience in a Supply Chain Data Analytics / Business Analytics or Automation function
- You have good business acumen and is digital savvy
- You are eager to investigate and to self-learn, to analyze, to improve
- You have a strong customer-focused, agile and data-driven mindset
- You can handle multiple topics simultaneously
- You have good communication skills and a strong team spirit
- You have strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities
- You are proficient in Power BI, SQL, R/Python and Automation tools (Power Automation, Excel Macro, etc.)
