Food and beverage supervisors ensure that all customers receive excellent service while also making certain that operations run smoothly. They interact with customers regularly, taking orders, filling orders, and seeing to other requests that customers might have. Food and beverage supervisors are also responsible for supervising fellow food and beverage employees, making sure that all related duties are properly executed and addressing potential issues that may arise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Opening and closing registers for employees
- Counting register drawers and daily deposits, resolving any variances
- Assigning duties to employees as needed to ensure smooth F&B operations
- Training new employees on F&B operations
- Providing employees with recognition and feedback throughout shifts
- Resolving customer requests and other issues that arise during shifts
- Taking and serving customer orders
- Assisting other employees when help is needed
- Communicating with other supervisors to facilitate smooth shift transitions
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment

**Necessary Skills & Qualifications**:

- At least 4 years of experience in food service
- Familiarity with food service POS systems
- Track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to be a team player
- Commitment to follow food safety protocols
