**What the role is**
- ASSISTANT MANAGER, RAIL PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

**What you will be working on**
- The Rail Licensing Division is responsible for the management and administration of rail operators’ licences, Codes of Practice (CPs), commercial activities guidelines, and monitors rail performance, in support of the development and regulation of Singapore’s Rapid Transit Systems (RTS) network. We are seeking dynamic individuals with strong leadership and analytical skills to join our team. You will be part of a team supporting the verification of rail performance processes and data, with a scope including but not limited to: a. Monitor, analyse and report rail performance statistics; b. Conduct assessments to verify accuracy of statistics; c. Perform checks on causes of service delays; d. Perform audits on rail operators on the data collection processes; e. Support development and facilitate implementation of new rail performance indicators; and f. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to improve rail performance.

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements: - Tertiary qualification, preferably in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines - Excellent writing, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills - Highly adaptable team player who is able to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic and fast environment - Good time management and be able to meet tight deadlines - Must be proficient in the use of MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) - Self-motivated, astute, meticulous and resourceful to produce innovative solutions - Leadership and relevant work experience in data analysis will be an advantage - Those without working experience are welcome to apply
