Location: East

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the investment transactions from origination, research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis (including financial modelling) and deal execution.
- Carry out due diligence on acquisition, leasing, technical and property management issues
- Assist in the drafting of acquisition legal documents such as sales & purchase agreements, circulars and announcements
- Work closely with Property Manager on portfolio reporting, budgeting, forecasting and asset management plans, including leasing strategies as well as operational work processes.
- Prepare and maintaining of financial variance analysis reports, prepare and monitor budgets and assist with financial modelling at the asset and portfolio levels in order to facilitate strategic planning.
- Driving strategic Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) to maximize and enhance the portfolio. Carry out feasibility studies and monitor the execution of the AEI against budgets and project timetables.
- Engage and coordinate with external valuers to carry out ad-hoc year-end valuations
- Liaising with Trustee on asset & operational matters

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate or any equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
