Sourcing of suppliers/vendors to support company's business.
- Process purchase requisition and purchase orders.
- Request and evaluate quotation from suppliers/vendors.
- Participate in cost reduction/negotiation exercise with suppliers/vendors periodically.
- Liaise with customers on order and delivery schedules.
- Plan production to ensure on timely delivery to meet customers' order or schedule.
- Coordinate with production / Store for quick reaction to changes in schedule.
- Liaise with suppliers/sub-contractors to ensure the delivery of goods and services are met to make customers' orders.
- Ensure suppliers/sub-contractors services are purchased from approved sources
- Control Inventory in line with the company's interest
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by your superior

Requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Knowledge in SAP B1 software will be an advantage.
- Those without experience will be considered for Assistant Officer Role.
- Willing to Travel when required.

Qualification : Diploma (Those without qualification but with

relevant experience will also be considered)
