Key Responsibilities:
1. Independent Work:

- Demonstrate the ability to work independently on assigned tasks and projects.
- Take initiative in problem-solving and decision-making within your areas of responsibility.
- Seek guidance from senior engineers when necessary and report progress regularly.

2. Multi-tasking:

- Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities across various construction projects.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure timely project progress.
- Adapt to changing project conditions and address emerging challenges effectively.

3. Method & Technical:

- Collaborate with senior engineers to understand and implement project-specific technical requirements.
- Participate in specialized construction tasks independently and under supervision.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to solution development.

4. Cost Control:

- Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates, seeking guidance from senior team members.
- Monitor project expenses and proactively identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Support procurement activities related to materials and equipment.
- Participate in contract management tasks for subcontractors and suppliers.

5. Schedule & Program:

- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop project schedules and programs tailored to specialized construction activities.
- Independently update and maintain project schedules to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
- Identify scheduling conflicts and propose potential solutions.
- Facilitate communication and coordination within project teams.

6. Safety & Quality:

- Adhere to and promote safety protocols and standards specific to specialized construction tasks.
- Participate in safety assessments, identify potential hazards, and report findings to senior team members.
- Assist in implementing quality control and assurance measures to meet project specifications.
- Support quality assurance teams in inspections and documentation of compliance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Interest in developing project management skills, including cost control and scheduling.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and a dedication to maintaining safety in construction practices.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within project teams.
- A proactive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to take ownership of tasks.
