You will be reporting to Chartering Lead, Supramax East.

**The tasks that await you**
- Establish and maintain external as well as internal relationships (customers, brokers, owners, internal stakeholders, etc.).
- Increase earnings on own tonnage.
- Create direct value by doing short-term contracts, tonnage and cargoes.
- Obtain and share market information.
- Closely collaborate with Operation Managers on ongoing voyages to effectively optimise results and ensure high-level service to clients.
- Develop strategic trades to enable growth globally.

Apart from this you have:

- A minimum of 7 years relevant experience within Dry Cargo Chartering within the Dry bulk Supramax/Ultramax segment.
- An experienced background within follow areas:

- Pacific Markets.
- Trading and Optimising earnings on tonnage and cargoes.
- Basic understanding of hedging and FFA.
