**About the Company**

BCI is a provider of construction project information and supports its clients in driving sales within the construction and resource industries. Whilst we are market leaders in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, with a recent acquisition in the US, we are continuously growing & striving to deliver our unique SaaS solution globally.

**Position Overview**

This is a new and exciting Senior Role within BCI Central, reporting to the CEOs, you will be responsible for financial, governance, and transactional accounting tasks.

As **Head of Finance **, you will primarily be responsible for the management of the group's finance department activities which will ensure a high integrity of the financial and management information & data required for reporting and decision making for our growth and operations in U.S, New Zealand, Australia and Asia.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Managing accounting functions across the U.S, New Zealand, Australia, and Asia
- Timely and accurate group reporting
- Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting;
- High-level financial reporting and analysis;
- Preparation and management of budgets and long-range plans;
- Working capital management;
- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business;
- Stakeholder management - partnering with all business functions and Management;
- Oversee tax (company tax return, BAS, FBT, payroll taxes);
- Ensuring compliance with statutory law, financial regulations, and company policies and procedures across all BCI Central businesses;
- Possess a minimum Bachelor's degree qualification in Accounting/Finance and CPA/CA qualification;
- Strong technical accounting skills with at least 10 years of progressive experience in Accounting or a similar position;
- Have well-developed leadership and mentoring skills;
- Possess high accuracy with excellent attention to detail;
- Strong people management and collaboration skills with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines;
- Be able to understand the whole business and it’s units;
- Have intermediate to advanced skills with MS excel;
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Potential experiences in the financial department of a listed company
