**The Company: -**Responsibilities: -**
- Responsible for Business Development with distribution partners to support the business’ HNW strategy.
- Generate Business Development opportunities as well as Account management activities whilst providing market feedback and trends.
- Enhance the business sales environment by promoting HNW services and products whilst making sure that they are at the forefront of the market.
- Cultivate long term relationships with brokers and FA partners
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met

**Requirements: -**
- A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with sold Insurance background experience
- A minimum of 5 years of direct experience managing distribution partners with an Insurer, Bank or Broker
- Familiar with the IFA market whilst having strong relationships with FA’s, Banks, and International Brokers
- Excellent understanding of Life Products and trends with IFA channels and HNW markets
- Independent, motivated with strong communication skills.
- Ability to enhance and deliver winning products and service propositions.
