As an E-Commerce Operation Cum Dispatch Rider, you will play a key role in building our company's e-commerce operations, supporting the Operations Manager to ensure E-commerce operations are run efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the e-commerce operations team to manage online operations:

- Order Management
- Collection of Phones from doorstep,store collections
- Support self-collection service whenever necessary
- Product onboarding
- Assist with stocktake and phone testing through internal software
- Shoot and measure merchandise
- Edit product images post photoshoots
- Upload products online
- Warehouse Inventory Management
- Supporting customer online enquiries
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

**Qualifications**
- Possess own motorcycle with valid 2A licence
- Good verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and has good time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
