- Actively establish and cultivate positive business relationships with prospective and existing clients

- Provide timely and accurate prospecting and sales data to track and monitor activity for management reporting and forecasting capabilities, such as call activity, pipeline updates and lead generation results

**What you need to have**:
- Bachelor's degree qualification with minimum 5 years of business development experience preferably within a broking or insurance environment
- Proven history of successful sales generation and retention experience
- Passion for sales and networking with corporate professionals
- Excellent communication skills including articulation, grammar and persuasion
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects, and rapidly changing priorities
- Certification in General Insurance (BCP, PGI & ComGI) or other equivalent relevant qualifications
