Accrete Capital Partners Pte. Ltd. (“ **ACP **”) is a bespoke investment platform headquartered in Singaporethat is led by seasoned Deal Specialists with proven track records of highly successful investments across multiple asset classes in the Southeast Asian (SEA) region.
ACP looks to execute structured transactions (Debt & Equity) services with the aim of consistently outperforming our investment targets. Our seasoned team of investment specialists has an established track record of organizing opportunistic returns via specialized funds, syndication, and partnership structures.
ACP is uniquely positioned to be a relevant Shariah-compliant and Responsible & Sustainable investment firm.Responsibilities will include the following (but not limited to):
- Assist the due dilegence, sourcing, evaluation, structuring and execution of transactions within the SEA region
- Preparation of investment materials, reports, and financial analysis
- Presentation and marketing of investment proposals to senior management, investors, and business partners
- Preparation of strategic watch of the current market trends and impacts, if required
- Contribute to the development of ESG initiatives
- Participate in business development initiatives within ACP and including assisting with commercial/non-commercial activities
