**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Reporting and work closely with the Senior Assistant Manager (Research) ensure smooth running of research activities such as research grant administrations, research events, collation of reports and the annual research driver exercise.
- Provide secondary support to the graduate programmes in tasks relating to admissions, course academic activities, and student records updating.
- Supporting role in Research and graduate programmes administration with adequate related working experience.
- Process grants administration requests and track the changes as well as expenses in the project reconciliation spreadsheet for each ongoing project.
- Process and check all documentation (grant administration, research hiring, research procurement and claims) to ensure that the claims comply with both the guidelines
- Compile, maintain and manage record keeping and filing system of the research grants
- Monitor and track the deadline for annual progress reports and final reports
- Manage outputs database for annual research drivers, research grants database and research staff database
- Assist with filing of documents and records keeping
- Assist with arranging field trip logistics, liaising with guest lecturers if required
- Update master lists in shared folders, assist with data collation if required
- Other administrative duties as assigned.

**WORKING HOURS**
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 5.45pm
- Fridays: 8.30am to 5.15pm (with 45 mins - 1 hour lunch breaks)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor degree holder preferably with minimum 3 years of working experience in an administrative role
- Relevant working experience in claims processing and data entry will be advantageous
- Proficiency in MS office suite
- Organised, meticulous with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
