Outlets:
Merci Marcel - Club street, Orchard, Tiong Bahru & East Coast (opening soon)

French Fold - Telok Ayer & Orchard

- **Salary range: S$2,000 - S$2,600 | 5 day work week, 44 hours work week & no split shift**:

**What you will do**:
**Dishwashing Duties**:

- Wash and sanitize all pan, pots, utensils and dishes
- Unload dishes and utensils from sink/ dishwashing machine
- Perform housekeeping/cleaning duties and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- including sweeping, mopping, cleaning
- Required to multi-task and assist in other ad hoc duties as required

**Kitchen Assistant Duties**:

- Prepare all food items as directed in a clean, hygienic and timely manner.
- Mise en place (prep)
- Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the company.
- Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and helping to prepare salads/sides
- Assist in other ad hoc duties as required
