- Lead test and verification of energy storage system, covering function/performance test, function safety test, EMC test, reliability, environment test.
- Develop test plan/protocol, manage test, root cause analysis and solution creation during product lifecycle to ensure effective defect prevention.
- Comply with international standards to ensure the reliability of the testing process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical and electronics engineering or related.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical test on BESS, UPS, power grid, power electronics products, especially in containerized ESS, solar energy, high voltage power conversions.
- Hands on experience in Chroma and other related test equipment.
- Solid engineering fundamentals on battery, BCP, BMS, EMS, PCS, electrical power system.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Being a good team player.

**Preferably**:

- Familiarity with MATLAB Simulink.
