We are looking for an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join us as **Climate Solutions Lead**. Working closely with our Carbon Data Analysts and Customer Success Managers, this role will ensure that our customers succeed with using Terrascope in their emissions measurement and decarbonisation needs by managing internal resourcing to deliver our evolving Software-as-a-Service solutions.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- ** People management**: Provide leadership and guidance to client implementation teams, ensuring they have the support needed to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- ** Performance monitoring and reporting**: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery and implementation, providing regular reports and updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- ** Project management**: Proficiency in managing multiple complex enterprise projects using methodologies and tools to effectively plan, execute, and monitor the delivery of SaaS solutions. This includes resource allocation, risk management, and timeline adherence, as well as managing third party contractors where necessary.
- ** Internal coordination**: Oversee customer deployments, driving accountability for a smooth handover from sales to implementation to delivery, providing ongoing support as needed to deliver on customer needs and drive retention and revenue growth.
- ** Technical leadership**: Bring a strong understanding of the intricacies of supply chain decarbonization and driving continuous data collection improvements.
- ** Quality assurance**: Ensure the quality and reliability of delivered solutions by ensuring robust testing processes, quality assurance standards, and adherence to standard operating procedures for client delivery; interface with third party auditors and assurance providers as needed.
- ** Value creation**: Exploratory work with prospective customers, understanding their business needs, and defining value creation opportunities by reviewing corporate Scope 3 data and climate transition plans.
- ** Partner enablement**: Growth through consulting partners for shared delivery models where consulting partners use Terrascope to deliver for corporate customers.
- ** Product-marketing**: Collaborate on feature testing and product-marketing fit.
- ** Supporting growth**: Advising Business Development teams on bid qualification, demonstrating platform functionality, and responding to technical questions on carbon accounting and sustainability reporting frameworks.
- ** Networking**: Support industry partnerships and alliances.

**You should have**:

- A degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, including in-house or external consulting sustainability experience, covering carbon accounting and supply chain decarbonisation (required), and at least 3 years of experience managing a team.
- Global standard certifications in corporate carbon accounting methodologies, with a strong preference for GHG Protocol and ISO.
- Familiarity with key climate-related regulatory frameworks is desirable.
